Duca Financial Services (Phase 1) was executed entirely by Hendrik op ‘t Root Architect. Duca Financial Services will shortly obtain access to 5 indoor surface parking spaces, the ramp to the parking level, and to the truck loading. Temporary power and gas services are in the process of being changed to permanent power and gas.
