Fram Group on behalf of Diversicare (DCMS) is constructing a 17-StoreyRetirement Tower. Ground breaking Ceremony was held on September 13, 2010 withDeputy Mayor Pantalone in attendance. The Architect is Arsenault Architect, withexterior design assistance by Hendrik op ‘t Root Architect Ltd. Phase 1 and 2will become one building, although legally severed.
