Fram Building Group started construction on October 16, 2007 on Phase 1 of this 160,000 sf. Complex. Phase 1 is the 28,000 sf. 3-storey Commercial component of the Development, and Phase 2 is a 17-storey Retirement Tower by Diversicare (Arsenault Architect).Phase 1 needs to be completed first to accommodate the new Retail Duca Branch and Corporate Headquarters. After completion of Phase 1 (September 2008), the existing Duca Building on the site will be demolished for the Phase 2 Diversicare Tower. Both phases will share a one level underground parking structure. The Duca Podium will have an elaborate Green roof.
