Duca Financial Services and DCMs (Diversicare) are in full co-ordination mode to integrate Phase 1 (Duca Financial Institution) and Phase 2 (Retirement Tower), as it will become one building under the Building Code. Architect of record for DCMS is Arsenault Architect. Hendrik Op ‘t Root Architect is the co-ordinator on behalf of Duca, co-ordinated the rezoning and site plan applications, and provided design input in Phase 2.
